Fall Program Description

Our high school fall program is designed to give current Fundamental U players the opportunity to continue their journey and build on the progress they’ve made in previous seasons, while also welcoming new players to begin their journey with the Fundamental U Family.

Throughout the fall, our teams will practice once a week with a strong emphasis on skill development, offensive & defensive fundamentals, and team application. Additionally, all teams will participate in the Fundamental U HS Fall League every Sunday afternoon and evening.
