The Under Armour Pathway
Fundamental U is proud to be the only program in the country competing across all four levels of the Under Armour basketball ecosystem – UAA, UA Rise, UA Grind, and UA Future. Our long-standing partnership with Under Armour places us in a uniquely elite position: no other grassroots organization provides this comprehensive, vertically integrated platform for athletes from middle school to the highest levels of national exposure.

This structure allows us to offer a true developmental pathway. As players grow, improve, and earn opportunities, they can progress through clearly defined tiers – each one competing on a nationally recognized stage with unmatched college-recruitment & visibility.
Elevate UAA
The pinnacle of our program.
Our Elevate UAA teams compete on the Under Armour Association, one of the most prestigious circuits in the country. These teams feature high-level prospects who have proven themselves as elite competitors and college-ready recruits. The UAA platform provides national events, high-major coaching exposure, and the highest standard of competition.
UA Rise
Competing on the UA Rise Circuit – an original founding member.
Our Fundamental U Rise teams embody the depth of talent within our program, showcasing players who are tracking as scholarship-level prospects and emerging national names. As a founding member of the Rise Circuit, Fundamental U has been integral to its growth and identity, consistently producing highly recruited players through this platform.
UA Grind
Our newest level – built for the next wave of college-ready prospects.
Fundamental U Grind competes on the brand-new UA Grind Circuit, which mirrors the structure and schedule of UAA and Rise. This allows us to expand opportunities for deserving athletes, ensuring more prospects receive meaningful exposure, evaluation, and recruitment. Grind represents our continued commitment to developing and elevating players who are ready to make the jump.
UA Future
Introducing young athletes to the Fundamental U standard.
Our Youth program forms the foundation of everything we do – teaching the values, habits, and skills that define our program’s identity. These 6–8th grade teams compete locally and regionally while gaining exposure to the full developmental philosophy that prepares them to eventually enter our high school pathways.
Fundamental U Select
A competitive, development-driven high school platform.
Our Select teams provide high school athletes with a structured environment focused on skill development, team concepts, and long-term growth. These teams compete in regional tournaments and events, offering players meaningful opportunities to develop within the Fundamental U system and prepare for higher competitive levels.
Fundamental Youth
